Kama glass was established in 2005 to supply and serve the local and export markets with high quality of glass containers for food and beverage industries with a capacity of 22000 tons / year. 

In accordance with the plans to expand the production capacity and satisfy the increase of the local / international market demand, Kama glass co.
already started to build its 2nd glass containers factory.

The 2nd phase is scheduled for completion by mid of 2009.

Full technical specifications :

 furnace :
The capacity of the furnace is 350 ton / day - 128000 tons per annum.
The supplier is M/S Sorg – Germany

 Production lines :
Three production lines, two of them with 10 sections triple gob 4 1/4"
And the third one with 12 sections double gob 6 1/4"
All of them are supplied by Emhart glass

Inspection machines :
09 inspection machines, each line equipped with three machines ( inspection by camera ) In order to avoid all kinds of defects

 Lab :
Very high technology equipments to check the glass containers according to the international standard
 All equipments are supplied by M/S AGR – USA –

 Our target :
The main goal of Kama glass co. is to establish a solid national base for glass industry and producing the best possible quality of glass containers in order to serve It's customers all over the world.
 
The factory is going to use the narrow neck press and blow technology ( NNPB ) which allows bottles to be made much lighter with up to 25% less glass.

It also allows glass containers to be made with much higher accuracy, i.e. fewer defects and lower reject.

Currently,  Kama Glass serves120 local Customers satisfying their different Needs and requirements including Multinationals.

The Company is committed to deliver Quality Products and Services to their Customers including technical Services such as mold Development to its Customers.

Further expanding its Customer's Base, it started Exports Activity to Neighboring Countries such as Libya, Sudan, Morocco, UAE, Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and to European Countries such as Greece and Spain.
